The Aftermath

So I’m back at home, sitting on my couch – still reeling from last night’s fight and victory. If you didn’t already know: SPOILER ALERT!
I WON BY KO SLAM at 4:45 or Rd 3!!!!!
I never thought I would be saying that…but there it is. I have to sincerely thank Roxanne Modafferi for stepping in and putting on a fight. I would have preferred if she let me punch her more; however, she was very crafty when it came to tying me up and not letting me break free. 
I also wanted to thank Roxanne’s team for coming over and being very gracious in defeat. All my best to Roxanne for a quick healing time.
There really are soooo many people to thank: coach – Adam Zugec, strength coach – Tyler Goodale, Greg Jackson and Julie Kedzie for coming from New Mexico, my ZUMA team (both those present live and in spirit), Clinch Gear, Performance MMA, prettytoughfighter.com, mmafa.com and mmarising.com and of course Strikeforce/Showtime. Without all of your support, I wouldn’t be where I am today!
Thanks for reading and I’ll do a full update once the weekend is over.

I’ve watched every single one of your fights that have been televised and I was super sad to not see more boxing (it seems we agree) because I think you got great hands. I was wondering why you couldn’t get away from her, but she seemed to tie you up pretty good.
Going forward from this fight and your opponents seeing you get tied up like that, are you going to train to shrug off the standing grapple more?
Great finish, I’m so glad you finished the fight and that move was the perfect ending to an annoying opponent(annoying because you are just plain better).

I never even seen sarah kaufman before then last night me and my sis were watchin the mma fight and i seen sarah and she showes me she is a fighter! That slam just blew my mind! It was so good i added her on facebook( wich i never did to any other fighter) so all im saying is go sarah!!!
